Dealing with Inferiority Complex from Abuse

Trigger warning *emotional*: I’m going through the same thing. I’m being abused as an adult both emotionally and psychologically being told that I deserve to be in pain, that I deserve to suffer, and that I should spend the rest of my life being unhappy and that “my happiness makes other people uncomfortable/sad”. This has been going on for years. I’ve had people sabotage my own happiness and make me uncomfortable on purpose just for the sake of making me feel bad and it has drained me so so so much.
