i think i need to up my dosage on my antidepressants but im scared its gonna be how everyone says it is, the numb and emotionless feeling. i genuinely have been feeling more and more suicidal thoughts it makes me regret declining my doctor to take 70 mg over 60

      Idk your story at all but def talk to your doctor and be completely honest. Their job is to help you get the right meds. It is a painstaking process but there are a lot of meds available to try. Something that helped me was trying an SSNI instead of SSRI

      A few years ago my doctor switched me to trintellix and abilify… very low dose and it works great

        @Rach13579 I am trying Wellbutrin currently and it seems to be working well. All the SSRIs I tried including Abilify made it worse for me
