Asked my Rheumatology appointment to be in person this time as I haven't had an in person appointment for over 3 years now and I feel like the aftercare I'm getting is terrible. I'm going to write a little diary/letter covering all the things I want to talk about and send it to my doctor in advance of the appointment so that he gets the jist of it. I'm so nervous! I hope it goes well but just wanted to share it with you guys! ☺️
