I do have a doctors appointment this week... on Friday I'm just getting anxious its so far away... I've been waiting so long. I need answers now!! I stopped working out for three days I just don't feel like it anymore but I know I have... I'm starting to feel like how I was before I started working out and become motivated again.

I find prepping for Dr appointments helps me feel like I'm doing something while waiting for it to happen. Also let's me be prepared and have a productive appointment.
