How do I reverse weight gain from antidepressants? I've put on 15 lbs since going on antidepressants. I have visible pudge, and while it's not making me overweight since I was a lean person to begin with, it's causing problems for me when getting in my very expensive custom sports gear. I can't just replace it, so I need to lose weight to continue doing what I love. I've tried reducing meat in my diet and eating more vegetables. I've tried walking places more often. Vigorous exercise multiple days per week isn't realistic for me. I hydrate and sleep well. I've been doing this for months now and haven't seen any change. I've only been gaining more and more weight, and I know a good chunk of it is fat because I can visible see it and feel it. I'm not sure what else to do at this point. My doctor won't change my depression medication until I get regulated on an ADHD medication, so I have to do this without swapping meds.
