tw: mentions of suicide i’m having a really horrible splitting episode that has lasted nearly a month now. it’s because my ex cheated on me. this is the worst episode i’ve ever had, normally they last from a few hours-days, sometimes a week or 2 but that’s generally if i’ve actually been wronged or if i caused a friendship to be ruined. i’m switching between hating myself and thinking it’s all my fault that she cheated on me and missing her, and absolutely despising her and wanting to see her suffer. either way it makes me feel really suicidal constantly. i was hospitalized and discharged just over 2 weeks ago and i know i need to go back, but i don’t wanna stress out my parents more. i feel like no one will ever truly understand how much pain i’m going through.
