I have been so productive and worked out today, after a shower I just got hit with a massive wave of depression and I don't feel confident enough to go to a family members birthday party. I really don't want anyone to see me like this and I just want to roll up in a ball and die right now

      I know the feeling of not wanting to bring negative energy to your family. I often consider myself a burden to my family but I have found that, that is not the case and they may not know how to help but they want to

      That's good that you focused on the good stuff, sometimes when I'm depressed and want to not go somewhere, i often find going anyways can make me glad i went, especially when it involves family. Just my opinion, though.

        @KingKoopa85 yeah I usually feel that too but I have a younger cousin who recently had a panic attack and it was scarring for the family, I don't want to bring any negative energy there right now.
