Who else is under 55/60 and need a hip joint replaced? I'm 49, and I learned just 3 days ago that I have severe arthritis in my right hip, multiple labral tears, and bone-on-bone in multiple places. Up until last October, I was playing roller derby and doing crossfit. I'm so depressed not being active anymore. that was only 6 months ago. Now, I struggle to put in a sock. Anyway, I'm wondering who else has had a rapid onset of this at a youngish (below 60) age.
