I am wondering how others deal with menopausal symptoms and arthritis. Any recommendations for supplements or vitamins or general inflammation relief?

I haven't tried lidocaine patches yet, thank you for the suggestion.

Lidocaine patches. I swear by then. My provider writes me a prescription, but there are also over the counter patches available, and they're only 1% less. My back can get so bad I can't stand up straight, and lidocaine patches are the main things that help.

These are the two reasons I joined this app. I'm full on menopause (since age 46, now 49). And arthritis is ravaging my hips and knees. I get PRP injections in my knees, and it's super helpful. But the hip. My right hip is bone on bone in multiple places, resulting in labral tears in multiple places. Up until last October, I was playing roller derby and doing crossfit. By January, I struggled (and continue to) putting a sock on my right foot. I just want to be active again. I have a lot of living yet to do!

@ImmaNerd I feel the same about a lot more life to livešŸ’• I have done the shot and it really does do well for me too but when it wears off (@3 months) I feel like the pain is 10 x worse. I don't want to accept that I can't be as physical as I used to be.
