Laxatives^^^ they hurt so much for me, I’m not sure if it’s everyone but I wouldn’t recommend taking one especially in a flare

Hot tea, heating pad, comfy position. Check, check, check. I would add big bottles of water to that. Keep hydrated. Eat light, if you can. Toast or a little yogurt, no fruit or add-ins. Baby food or applesauce is a good idea too. Oh, relax and rest when you can.
