Dealing with IBS Symptoms After Eating Fried Chicken

I’m December last year, I made a promise to myself to not eat fast food anymore because it really affects my IBS symptoms and flare ups. I came to visit my mom for the weekend, and she bought us all fried chicken (it has always been our thing to eat it together when we come down) and I decided to have a few bites and now I’m in serious pain. My stomach has been cramping and I’ve been having horrible diarrhea. My question is, how do you deal with cramps and pain like that? I’m so used to having IBS-C symptoms so it’s always so much worse when I have something like this happen. I’m so tired, all I want to do is sleep but my gas and cramps are keeping me up.
