I was just recently diagnosed with CFS. I also struggle with ED and have POTS-like symptoms but due to malnutrition, I am not really diagnosed with POTS. I was prescribed pyridostigmine and I don’t really know how it is supposed to help me. I have no idea what to look for. Anyone with ideas??!
