On bad days which happen very often anytime I move or get up my heart feels like it’s it’s pounding and I just want to sit around bc I’m so scared something is gonna happen to me. My dr has me on klonopan but it doesn’t help and I don’t wanna take it everyday and get addicted and have to be taken off. What should I do ??? I’ve tried SOO many meds. Honestly to take another anti depressant or anything I’d have to be put in a hospital bc I’m terrified
