Help! Heart Palpitations are Driving Me Crazy!

If the dr says nothing is wrong you have to trust them . And I know it’s really hard ( I also have health anxiety) but the palpitation will subside once you start to believe that you are safe. Which you are because heart palpitations are harmless, and for panic attacks I try to ground myself and watch movies or on my phone tik tok anything to just distract my body from trying to fight or flight. You are safe, your brain just doesn’t believe so. It’s trying to protect you although you are okay!
