Constant Palpitations with Health Anxiety

Anyone with health anxiety, is it normal to feel palpitations like all the time? I can’t tell if I’m just like super aware or what.

Oh yeah, this happens with anxiety. Heart palpitations are not harmful ❤️ you are completely safe, just very hyper aware of your body and anxiety also causes heart palpitations ( especially when you are extra anxious)

I feel like mine are constant lately…..they feel more like my stomach is rumbling lightly in my chest and throat. It’s so weird and then I get anxious. I’m tired of feeling this way…..

I get the same thing, palpitations, but my anxiety/ptsd has me hesitant to go to the doctor. It took me a long time to just walk into the lab or pharmacies…….ugh!

are your palpitations like constant? Mine like won’t go away. From the time I wake up til I got to bed. It’s like I can constantly feel a buzzing or like electricity in my chest

Yes. Your definitely not alone there. I am very self aware of my heart especially when I have palpations, the fluttery feeling or the THUMB heart beat where it feels like your heard stops or skips a beat ..I just / am having a full work up beacuse of these and so far everything has come back fine.

yes same I’m wearing a holter monitor right now I take it off on Wednesday and probably won’t know anything for two weeks after that but I feel it almost constantly and it’s driving me insane. I’ve been to the ER 3 times because of it and every time they say I’m fine
