Looking for advice on health supplements

And my skin with acne I have irregular menstruation

I feel all time tired and depressed, I need sleep more as common, my hair and nails is weak and y can't go to the bathroom

The symptoms that bothered me the most were feeling anxious, with tremors, and strong heartbeats.. I've tried taking some multivitamins that contain vitamin D and B12, but didn't feel any difference, have you tried anything like that?
