I'm having a horrible time coping. Horribly anxious and exhausted while begging my providers for help. The anxiety is so bad I'm nauseous and tachycardic. I don't know how much more I can take šŸ˜”

@Alicia4475 I find it really hard to relate to others as my mental health struggles directly correlate with my physical health struggles. I really struggle feeling like I'm all alone.

In my area, they will not rx any benzos. I'm on Buspar, but life has just been horrific lately. I'm losing my psychiatrist in August and still trying to re-establish care with a new therapist. We've increased my meds so many times this year and no end or relief in sight. 10 years of chronic illness with periods of severe depression and anxiety for nearly 20 years. Never seems to end and trying to mange the healthcare system especially Medicaid is a traumatic nightmare.

@CoffeeAndDogs ughh that's horrible. Bus park and ssris gave me horrible side effects and made my anxiety worse. The healthcare system is so F ed up right now and that's what actually sends me into a tailspin of panic bc it freaks me out. I think listening to other peoples stories and experiences with anxiety reallly help me

Hang in there hun! Been there with these symptoms very severely this past winter and checked myself into a psych hospital. Bad idea but I was at a loss for what to do. It does get better with a lot of support. My anxiety is still a part of my everyday life and it's a huge struggle to get through some days but it's something I'm learning to cope with and it's made it easier somewhat. But hang in there I have totally been exactly where you are. I do take clonazepam every now and then if it gets out of control after a few days
