Looking for recommendations for hobbies/activities to keep my hands busy but are hand-friendly! š I currently have a lot of time on my hands (sorry) due to long-term sick leave from my long covid, so I spend a lot of my day at home, tired and in pain, but I need to keep my mind and hands busy. I'm pretty "artsy", but my ADHD means I will pick up then put down hobbies in a matter of weeks or days, and some of them are definitely not hand friendly like cross-stitching. I'm forcing myself to do more origami rn but it's not itching the scratch my brain and hands need....

Some hand-friendly hobbies and activities you can try include loom knitting, macrame with thick yarn, finger painting or creating art on a touch screen device, embroidery, and diamond painting. These activities are creative and can help keep your hands busy without causing too much strain on your fingers and wrists.
