Yep! My face cleared up, my brain fog faded some, and I no longer had flares quite so much. It didn't fix everything, but it definitely made my symptoms a lot more manageable. I will warn that it takes awhile for your body 'to catch up', so to speak. I didn't start getting noticeable benefits until three weeks in. So you've got to stick with it for a full month if you're trying it out.

Gluten free has helped me a lot, I can't have soy or corn either so that makes it a little more difficult to find foods but still exploring what I can and can't have, still relatively new to it, recently diagnosed with celiacs.

@Breelynn Hello, fellow soy and corn avoiding person! I've got those, too. It's really tough to find safe food out there! But it does exist. If you ever want some good brands for pre-packaged food, let me know. Hang in there!

@Breelynn have you tried things made with oat flour or rice or almond?

@livvie361 yes I have. I use oat flour a lot too. I'm not a fan of almond though

It does! Though my reaction to it is not typical. I get a sore throat and a slight cough like a have a cold coming on. If I eat a lot I will also have a fatigue spike.

Eating GF makes a big difference for me… I first did it trying to balance my hormones in 2012… my husband thought I did it for mood because it made such a big difference there 😅 I guess I’m crabbier when I feel bad! Most noticeable for me was the GI stuff, my stomach would actually NOT hurt! I was regular and not bloated like always. I need to go GF again… I’ve always incorporated it back into my diet when I was pregnant and I’m 6mos pp now
