Yes I’m more book-smart but lacking in how to express that especially to people , especially I just meet honestly

This has been a lifelong struggle of mine. I had felt like the dumbest smart kid in grade school, until I learned of my ADHD in college. Now I realize I am smart, I just can't always access parts of my brain or certain skills at any given time. Now I keep detailed notes of things I don't want to forget, just in case. Thesauruses help, Google helps, and writing down random bits of what I remember until I can think of the thing–also helps. You're definitely not alone 💖

I feel this. The way I think and form sentences in my brain makes sense but the words that come out make me sound so dumb

It's cause our brain moves to fast for our mouth. It's annoying but with time and practice you can manage it and make it easier to get the words out.
