I have words to say but I don't know how to say them. I don't have the words to say them. I don't know what kind of words to use.

Didn’t realize it could be a symptom of ADD but it makes sense

HEY I totally understand this you put this perfectly. Sometimes when I’m on at communicating I can but when I’m off I totally feel like this

Just start writing, everyone can understand you, use main words to describe you, it’s ok.

😥 I can’t stand when that happens it’s so frustrating that I usually freak out.

My younger brother struggles with this with his ADHD quite a bit, so I found if I prompt with very specific questions or confirm I believe he’s telling me xyz with him it usually prompts a better response from him. It’s been helping him learn better ways to express himself, new words to use, and how to better formulate sentences to express his thoughts

❤️ it’s so wonderful what your doing for him. I have ADD and struggles for years with with almost tantrum like episodes bc I would try and communicate what I am thinking and the person wouldn’t seem to get it. My parents did their best but I am 38 and so back then things were still getting figured out.

I don't even have the words to write. I just have no words.
