I'm very frustrated by GP's. I have chronic pain from Arthritis, Spinal Canal Stenosis and other things that have all been diagnosed. Whenever I see a GP they automatically tell me I just have to lose weight and the pain will disappear, they can't give me any advice on how to lose weight without spending a fortune (that I don't have) and make it difficult anytime I ask for medication to help. It's even more frustrating because at one stage, I was 64kg (which for my height was an excellent weight), and the pain didn't change at all. When I explain that to a GP, though, they just brush over it like I'm lying.
