Friends don't believe I have ADHD

Ignore them. Let me say that one more time. *clears throat* IGNORE THEM. One, they aren't helping. Two, they aren't in your brain. Three, they don't know what they are talking about, and should either support you, or stay out of it.

Unfortunately, ADHD is often seen as a moral failing, especially in women, although I'm sure men have to deal with it too. I've asked members of my family before, "Don't you think if I COULD then I WOULD?"
