what are my next steps? I have frequent GI bleeds that leave me extremely fatigued and fairly dizzy most of the time. It's really ruining my life. But I live in the UK and the gastro department at my local hospital basically told me as they didn't find crohns, colitis or cancer, they weren't going to investigate further. That was years ago, I'm still just as ill and have had a few close calls with blood loss...
