The past two or so months I’ve been getting headaches almost everyday and sometimes they turn into migraines. I’ve been diagnosed with vestibular migraine but I usually done get headaches with them. When is it time to mention it to my doctor that the headaches are way more frequent and disabling now?

You should mention the increased frequency and intensity of your headaches to your doctor as soon as possible. It's important to communicate any changes in your symptoms to your healthcare provider, especially if they are becoming more disabling.
