anyone else try to fix other peoples issues? or like try to be almost a relationship coach to your friends? i keep doing it and it’s kinda not good for me

      I do this! I would ask people if they want to vent or want a solution and depending on that answer you can set up boundaries. Like if someone wants a solution but you’re just trying to cope with your own stuff say “I’m glad you value my opinion, however I’m in a place right now where I need to focus on my own stuff. I do care about you and I wish you the best” or something along those lines. Even if someone just wants to vent, you’re allowed to make boundaries and protect your mental health and energy. Remember everyone’s choices are their own.

      yes but it what makes you unique. learn to differentiate when someone is asking for help and someone is asking to vent.
