Hey all. New here. Currently having a fibromyalgia flare and am truly hating it. Especially as I have 3 children, one being a 4 month old. Arrrghh.

      Fibro flares are the worst, I'm having one today, it's exhausting and I live with my parents and have no children! Honestly props to you for coping! Hope you feel better ❤️

        @KittyKat123 yesi take in UK baclofen, not often otherwise I just get used to it.

      😥 I'm sorry you're suffering. I found it hard with one child, I'm amazed by others like yourself that have more children. I hope you have some other adult support around you 💕

      I'm in a flare right now too. I think it is related to the weather change. Have you tried heat therapy like hot water bottles, heating pads, electric blanket or hot baths? Heat and rest are my best friends during a flare. Everything hurts. I'm miserable.

      Hi. I'm sorry you're flaring. I remember how hard it was to flare with a little one. My husband found me on the floor by the crib on more than one occasion. My son learned quickly that there were times when mommy needed sleep and rest. Gentle hugs 🤗

        @Red914 Awww my 4 month old boy is amazing. He will have a nap with me if needed. My two girls are great at 11 and 12. They help loads. X

        @diddle Awww thank you. I think it's the sudden weather change and I've been running on stress for the last 6 months and it's all just settled and my body has gone "no I'm done now" x

      🤗 Welcome! Sorry to hear you're in a fibro flare. Fibromyalgia is hard to deal with itself., let alone with small children. I hope the flare is better soon. I have found the people here very kind and understanding. It's been a great support for me. I hope it is for you as well.
