Hi, lately I have been having fevers and body aches. I felt a lot better a day ago as I ate well, after talking to family I was told to eat more nutritiously. I want to ask if there are any food that helps and if these symptoms are similar to anyone's?

      Maybe potassium would help with body aches, or cinnamon which is good for inflammation. Bananas, potatoes, and dried fruit all have potassium.
