Feeling Unwelcome at Boyfriend's House

So my boyfriend (been together a year and a half) is 21 and still lives with his parents who treat him like a kid. I’m 20, raised myself and currently “homeless”. His mom has always been a huge support for me and we are pretty close. The past few weeks she’s been weird about how often im at their house. She claims it’s because my bfs dad “likes his privacy”. Im just hurt because I cook, clean, run errands and keep my bf calm (he has ADHD and explosive anger) when I am there. I stayed at their house Friday and Saturday and my bf begged me to stay last night. Well his mom said to my bf “she won’t be back for a while right. She’s not allowed here more than 2-3days a week”. I was supposed to go back Wednesday but now that’s not happening and I hate when plans/schedule changes. Im just upset and it makes me feel like they don’t like me or want me there like im a burden. Sorry just ranting idk at this point
