      I understand how you feel. Most days I'm just going through the motions and wondering what's the point of it all. The frustrating thing is that I can't pinpoint anything specific wrong with me to make me feel this way.

      I feel happy often because I love my wife and pets but when I'm unhappy, I'm very distraught or very cold I think. I've tried to be better about it over the years and to a degree I am, but it's definitely a journey in progress.

        @graytail and I love my boyfriend and love to be around him but half the time I look like I just don't care and it scares him
