Feeling Stuck and Unproductive at 20

I'm almost 20 and I feel like I've never actually done anything. I've been addicted to YouTube for as long as I can remember because it's so comfortable for me but I feel like I can't do anything. I cracked my brand new expensive phone recently and it's really bugging me that I now have to spend $200 to get it fixed. I'm unemployed and was in school but got kicked out and haven't done any of the work for my new class. my bedroom is covered in cat piss and all I can do is lie here. I feel like such a baby. everyday I push myself more and more but it's not enough
