Feeling Trapped and Frustrated with Myself

I feel so frustrated with myself. I was doing so well yesterday with staying positive, coping mechanisms. today, it's all gone downhill so quickly. I tear myself down over the stupid mistakes and don't feel motivated to do anything. I feel trapped everywhere I go, like nowhere is safe for me to be free. that's why I spend so much time on my phone, but then I get in trouble
