I know this feeling and it’s good to realize you have more control then you think. You can change your situation into a better one if you try to. And I’m not saying that your not trying hard enough I’m just saying you have the ability to it if you want to. And sometimes knowing what to do to make that change is stressful but it will get better. 💜

I find it helpful to take life one at a time. It also helps me to talk to a good friend and get out of the house awhile. Sometimes fresh air and sunshine tends to help my mood.

The more you try to get rid of your thoughts the more they will be with you.. remember a thought is just a thought .. how about when the thought comes in say "thanks for the thought" or "thats a good one" dont get into context with your thoughts

I need to move out of the resident I’m in before me and my 3 kids are put out. I’m in a toxic relationship with a drug addicted. He keeps taking my money that I’m trying to save to move.
