Need Help Urgently!

I was in that same position just a few days ago, I literally didn’t know what I was going to do, I felt like I was genuinely losing my mind. I had to get my family to come get me and move me in with them for the time being. I know that isn’t an option for everyone, but maybe a change of scenery would help? Also, definitely therapy if you can find access to it, I’m not sure where you are located what is available. I’m currently doing weekly visits until I can manage things. It’s scary, but I have to believe that things will be better, for you too! 💕

Dig very deep Maggie! I have had the same thing and when it gets better its such a relief! Remember you are literally made of the same material as the stars! You are beautiful, smart, and have so much to offer the world! Are somewhere where you need to get away from? Is there a place you can think of that has made you happy? Anyone you know who will look at you in the eyes and truly listen? If not we are here. This is why we are here this is why we do this to help our selves help others
