Feeling Isolated with DDNOS: Needing Support

hi, so i actually have ddnos but i hope it’s okay that i’m posting in here since there’s no ddnos space. the person who tested me said there’s not really much difference between me and someone with me and osdd, it’s just that i have amnesia and separate parts but only one anp so i don’t fully qualify for did or any type of osdd. anyways i feel super isolated because of being told i have ddnos. i was recently tested at the hospital and my result said did and cptsd, but i was told its ddnos because they saw no evidence of a separate anp. i feel like im actually just faking it for attention because of my bpd, and that i dont actually have it. i know realistically i’m not faking it because i’m not trying to, but it just doesn’t feel real to me. and i also feel super isolated from all my friends. i need someone to talk to, but they wouldn’t understand. none of them have any dissociative disorder. the only one who comes close is my friend with bpd, but it’s really not the same. i get stressed sometimes because i’ll hear stuff like slurs being yelled at me, but i feel like my friends will just laugh if i tell them. and i can’t really turn towards the system community because they have this idea that it’s just did and osdd, and i don’t fit into that box. it’s hard finding information on my condition because i dont think it’s common for people to present with mixed symptoms like me, and stuff for either did or osdd doesn’t always work because i don’t have either. can i go here for support? am i even allowed to go here? i don’t know where to turn to, and i feel like nobody understands at all, not even the system community.
