Feeling Inadequate and Isolated

Hey I feel pretty similarly. For me it’s like everyone is a normal level of human but I’m like an inferior breed because I don’t “function” well enough to be like them. But I tell myself every human has intrinsic self worth that isn’t dependent on anything they do. Societally I may not seem to contribute as much but I’m still a human. I feel like it just makes sense to feel inferior because of everything we learned from society, that if you don’t do well on this or that you’re not enough. But if I can no longer meet those standards I have to unlearn those ideas. You don’t have to meet all the standards you used to be enough! You’re enough as is.
