Why do I feel fat when I'm not?

Hi, I suffered with anorexia for most my teenage years because I viewed myself as fat and ugly. Our thoughts will lie to us, and often times there's a source (trauma) that make us think that way. Finding out what triggers those thoughts is the next step to being healthier and happier.
