Has anyone lost a significant amount weight due to their mental health? I lost 40lbs in 3 months, I feel like I’m wasting away

Yep. Went from 174 in late December to 138 by mid-March (I'm 5'10") without even trying. Aside from my meds curbing my appetite, I just don't enjoy food like I used to and have to remind myself to eat. That initial weight loss helped trigger intermittent anorexia, which I'm still working through. I feel physically fine, but know that I'm too thin and know that I'm not eating for the wrong reasons.

I've developed what I believe to be anorexia. I didn't realize it cause I don't see myself as fat at all I'm obviously underweight but when I try to eat healthy (larger more normal meal amounts) and start to gain even a couple pounds I don't like how it looks. I still know I'm not fat but the first places weight shows up is in my belly and thighs and no where else cause I'm not active much and I stop and go back to eating once a day meals or a couple snacks at meal times.
