Does anyone feel depressed after being anxious? like that was your own single motivation and now when you unplug from it you feel no motivation and empty? I have a feeling that it's because I lived with trauma and toxicity for so long I'm used to the anger, anxiety, and fear to push me to do stuff. and then the after "I survived feeling" would make me feel so happy. if you've dealt with this anxiety "withdrawal symptom", how long does it take to regain a sense of normal and happiness from peace? please tell me I'm not crazy I feel so weird steping into my body.
