When my anxiety is at its worst I feel exactly like this. I don't want to leave home for fear of things getting worse. Just remember it's ok to take a day once in a while for yourself to decompress, the more the anxiety is stored up the more it festers and the worse it gets.

that makes sense. For me sometimes I feel like I just want to work anymore. But I can't do that I have bills to pay. I know it will go away at the moment it happens. Sometimes I just get tired of feel that way. Thank you for your advice.

I have been feeling the same way. My therapist says I'm in a "burn out" type of situation. Try doing something you enjoy outside of work. That helps me. Like a special treat now and then. But definitely cut yourself some slack. If possible, take a mental health day. Be well.
