Feeling Dead Inside: My Struggle with Mental Health

I understand this feeling to well as someone who feels it as well alot but what I do is I find on thing to look forward to day by day or week by week and that's what keeps me going when I feel like I can't take it anymore it also helps to find someone who will be there for you to listen or just comfort you even if they don't know exactly whats wrong

I get it. Just take it day by day my friend. Sometimes all you need are some little moments to keep you going, until you can find hope in a long term goal.
