Hey! First and foremost, you are not a burden. As a fellow anxiety/depression/low self esteem dealer, I know it's a really rough path and can feel like the end of the world. But I promise you it's not. You have so many other great qualities that people admire. Friend wise...you're going to have periods of distance every so often but real friends always come back and are there for you through thick and thin. I had friends sorta ditch me once, and while they were ignoring me I met my best friend who I'm still close with today. I'm not saying ditch your friends, but figure out if their distance is accidental (maybe y'all are just busy) or intentional. Staring at you...it's their problem. Yes, it's really annoying and makes you feel self conscious, but there's ultimately nothing you can do to change their minds. People are mean, so just smile and wave and let them continue to be mean. I wish I had a magic potion to take away all of your worries, hon. Just know that cliche as it is, this will pass and you are already so strong and brave. Sending love. 💕
