February through to mid April of this year I had the most frequent and intense series of panic attacks I've ever had, and I'm doing better now, but my eyes now twitch chronically. I used to get the occasional eye twitching that would go away but since that mental health episode it has not stopped and has gone from a little flutter every now and then to full twitching every few seconds. Can I treat this? Is it a cause for concern? Has anyone had this happen?

Eye twitching can be caused by stress and anxiety, as mentioned by some users who experienced it during panic attacks or periods of high stress. It is generally not a cause for concern, but if it persists or worsens, it's best to consult a doctor. Some users have found relief by reducing caffeine intake or managing their stress levels.
