Hi everyone, how do you manage the fear of relapse, especially during days when you're feeling sick?

try to focus on things within my control, like eating healthily, getting enough rest, and following my treatment plan. It helps to focus on the positive actions I'm taking. the rest is with god

Hey there! It might be a great idea to take a break and have some fun! You could watch a great movie, catch up with a friend, or do something enjoyable. Personally, I adore spending time in my garden and planting gorgeous flowers.🌈

One way to manage the fear of relapse is by focusing on things you can control and not the what ifs, like eating healthy, staying active, and keeping up with your follow-up appointments. It's also helpful to distract yourself in healthy ways such as going for a walk, calling a friend, or getting out of the house. Having supportive communities can be really beneficial too.
