veggie straws! they arent that high, but i could eat so much that it all adds up haha- also, gatorade is surprisingly good for pots!

Pickles are my go to “emergency snack” but I also like pretzels. Sometimes the flavored pretzels have even more sodium. Also if you like soft pretzels they have some frozen ones you can make and put in the oven with as much salt as you want. I also like popcorn bc I add extra salt.
