If you can, just take some time out of your day maybe like a few minutes, or even just 1 minute and close ur eyes and take long deep breaths and exhales and time urself, stop watch or count in ur head. If that doesn’t work for you, we can talk more in chat and you can vent to me if you want. I’ve recently lost a person I held dear.
