Struggling with Depression and Grief

I'm new here, I guess I'm here just to be heard. Things have been really difficult for me, my husband and I have had two bad arguments and my depression is taking a tol on me, plus it also doesn't help that it's April the month I lost my dad it'll be 7yrs tomorrow and then next week would've been his 67th birthday so, I'm just over it all.

      I hear you, friend. March is the month I lost my father, so I just finished marking that anniversary. It's so hard to sit with grief, and even harder because life keeps happening to us so that we have to handle it in addition to our grief. Sending compassion. 💕
