      I believe that parts of my ADHD are simply learned traits because my mom had ADHD hard core. I definitely believe some behaviors exhibited by ADHD can be managed and even fixed but I'm proud to have ADHD because I like to think it's a superpower. I'm looking into BrainBalance and I read the book "the Emotion Code" And do muscle testing regularly to clear emotions that could control my actions. Also, energy work with an energy worker.

        @Skywalker BrainBalance is super expensive and I haven't tried it yet. The emotion code definitely works, it saves me from rejection sensitivity. Energy work makes a huge difference in self awareness and self acceptance and fills me with a feeling of freedom, which gives me a constant state of thrill, therefore appeasing the dopamine deficiency.
