Managing Anxiety in Relationships

@gingersnapgirly oh I'm so sorry 😞 take a lot of deep breaths. I feel like my panic attacks and anxiety get in the way of my relationship as well. I become disconnected and distant, but my medication has helped a little bit. Therapy is expensive (but helpful). It taught me to communicate my feelings a bitbetter.
