Looking for alternative anxiety treatments

I’ve been taking anxiety meds since November of last year, besides meds is there any other treatments that you may recommend I can do?

Finding an easy activity to distract yourself! When I feel extra panicked I try to sit and color in a coloring book. It helps me focus on something other than the panic.

I highly recommend finding a therapist (if possible) and as crazy as it sounds because I also struggle with a lot of anxiety, however group therapy helped. Group therapy really helped me because I was able to talk to people who had some of the same struggles. It made me feel less alone.
